Southend Brownstone with Modern Edge
This project was for a couple in their early 50’s with 2 college aged boys. They returned to their old roots of the Southend of Boston. The change from a lovely suburb of Boston to the city was exhilarating. Their new brownstone presented them with vertical living on 3 floors with 2 roof decks. Although the footprint of the rooms were not large, their new home met all their requirements – a spacious kitchen & dining area, a first floor living room, and a second floor casual family room with 3 bedrooms.
